Well I asked him to pay me after each game, so I can guarantee my self that I don't waste too much time if I get scammed,(1 division €20, I ask him to pay me €3 after each game, if I lose I give 2 free wins, normally boosting 1 division needs 7 wins, that's €21, the price is the same afterall) but he won't accept somehow :/
