Question towards leveling system

Hey guys,

I am working with someone in a project. however I have a quick question for you all,

Our starting level will be 1,
however we thought about something that would be kinda different

how would you like:

To get a server which level cap at start is lvl 100 and then it contingency increases until 180-185? I mean 1 week 10 levels or something similar, I thought this would make some unique feature and would enable some extra events and fun

Why not but people wouldn't play because the "High-End-Armor" would be hard to drop weekly ot people would say naah I am not interested to drop it weekly.
Depends on the Server, actually more infos would be good.:P

Well the server is a fun server with mid/high rates the leveling will be custom kinda requires bit efforts to get on cap however the armor on the way to the cap would be achievable trough quests or drops isnt settled yet just wanted to hear what people think about it.

Anyways what I thought is adding world bosses for certain levels for example '- World Boss lvl 100' - provides equip token which you can exchange for set 'lvl100', but the end equipment would be of course requiring more efforts in it.
