Also client side checke ??? Called "gachanpcmap.txt"
Be sure that in _RefGachaItemSet some items are activated, i mean that not every item is set do 0. Check that also in the client (gachaitemset.txt).
And check here "refgachatreeforclientuidata.txt" (just client side) that not every line is set to service 0.
That was my last ideas ^^

services are set 1 at all these texts ,tables .. :( Any hint to enable it
