in game problem

so i log in with my account and create a character but when i start the game i find this
[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]
my character can't move and i can't do anything just standing there , can anyone please tell me what is causing this and how do i fix this ?

go to C:/inetpup/wwwroot/DBConnect.asp & edit to ur sql host name & id & pw
also check db name at it & username cuz sometimes our blind eyes cant see that usename is : CGI ..
