I search accounts creators working at 100% for created accounts LOL PBE.

Not possible,
PBE Accounts need to be connected with an account on real Server and have to get confirmed by Riot.


And Hackrequests are not allowed, am i right? ^^

user already requested from me if it was possible, I couldn't get it to work, so that's why he posted it here ;)
