MySQL+Client problem

My MySQL don't start,I open with "Run as administrator" but is on red and client had the same problem ,I open but don't start.Before I had other Windows,and MySQL and Client worked,but now...
Can somebody help me?
What programs I need to run the client and MySQL,what Windows is better to make and to run an Eudemon server.Thanks ^^

Well you can run a server on ANY OS , ive ran off mac , win 8 before. make sure "my.ini" is deleted out of c:\windows , also for the client that could be a flash or java prob, if your flash and java is fully updated , then your dll's are bugged in your client
