someone banned 4 champs in ranked and chat wasnt working and someone had 75 armor lvl 1.WTFF

you probably had some connections issues were the banned champs of your team is showed on the other teams banned champs

75 armor lvl 1 is possible

taric with 30 armor runes(thats red,yellow and quints) and his W has 71~ (without item)
he can actually get around 90 with armor blues and cloth armor

Sometimes there are some Clientside buggs that will Show all 6 Banns on one side but no other banns on the enemy team. I guess its like one of those buggs and as Rammus and / or Taric it is possible to get 75 Armor like _-RuNWaY-_ said

Happens sometimes, league might have bugged out!

Yeah, the guy probably had all armor runes, you can do it on rammus I believe
