They are new NPC, the new ammo does x8 damage to them and them only, so they will probably be hard to kill to encourage people to buy the new ammo.

Guys don't hurry up to tell is too much. Also CBO-100 costs 5U, like RSB, but Referee bot gives a lot of uri...and more if you have UFE, seprom, doubble boost and Premium + Rebate. Maybe this will cost 7,5U, but will give much more.
