Unknown Error When trying to login?

Well, As the title said... I get a unknown error when i want to login on my account.
I have tryed 3 Different accounts.

1 Aeriagames account after they got s4.
1 Aeriagames accound before they got s4.
1 Migrated account.

But they all give Unknown Error.
Whats going on with S4 League?
I want to play the game ;[

That screen what pops up where you should login, Closes automatic...
I dont even have the chance to login now...

Using someone else's screenshot at the moment to show what i mean.
But yea, That screen pops up and afer like 1Sec it closes to... :/
I liked S4 League more when Prosiebensat owned the game

Do you use Aeria Ignite?
Do you have the old login?

Try to use Ignite and/or download the new client from Aeria website

I don't think it should even take you to the login screen, atleast for me it takes me directly to server selection. Try reopening s4.

Try to download S4 directly from aeriagames and you should get transfered to the server selection without seeing the login screen.

(login with your aeriagames-account and click download)

If you still have problems, you should either contact the support from Aeria or wait till they fixed it.

I deleted the Old S4 League and downloaded it from Aeriagames, But still the unknown error.

If you are banned you will get the old message. not 'unknown error' anymore.


Its just a bug. aeria games released a faq today. take a look into the forum

You can try it for me, I contacted the support team twice, And they just dont reply on it.

I would recommend trying a lot to see if it gets un-bugged
Also I would send 2-3 tickets to s4 support and wait because they're kina busy at the moment since all of that migration etc is going on -.-" Good luck and I hope it'll work for you soon ;D if not maybe you got ip banned which is impossible but still >.<
