SR_ShardManager problem..

hello elitepvpers ..
after i open my SR_ShardManager it loads for a little time then it says ""SR_ShardManager"" is intialized successfully ..
the problem is :
after 10~15 minute it crashes .. :/
if anyone knows how to solve this shitty problem please tell me his solution

when i tried to see what is the error it was : 'billing server is dead' & before it : trying to intialize billing server>>>> another words ..i couldn't read it cuz shardmanager crashed so fast

The billing server is the IIS server, you need to setup the IIS with the necessary files and configure the conection to the database.

You must do it yourself lol, follow some tutorials, and if you can't even install the IIS I wonder what you will do with the DB -.-.

check all files & connections right . & follow that tut.

my only problem is IIS i got this problem from long time ago & i dunno how to solve it

What windows are you using? If your using WIN 8.0 or 8.1 shutdown your PC really.

im using windows 2008 r2 enterpise .. , im setting up a server on vps not pc ..
