Before, some codes can be used on several servers (if you apply them on your own). However, if Riot support helps, they'll say that the skin has already been claimed on one account, and will not allow multi-server skins.

Basically, you can only redeem a code once in its entirety if Riot checks it.

damn, i have used just on my account on Eune...and what if he write that is my brother and receive that from me and i can confirm?
Since i payed for them i must be able to use on any server mentioned.

Riot wants to stop that from happening, especially old PAX skins and such, so I don't think it would work. But, you can always try and see how that goes! Maybe they'll allow an exception? I think I read somewhere where Riot support didn't allow the person to redeem the skin on multi-servers. Try it out though if you want.
