I can't sell items to NPC

Hey guys i fixed an NPC at North Alexandria and i just noticed i can't sell items to it does anyone know which .dbo am i suppose to be looking at? I can't buy items from it either

not rlly sure but .. check _refObjCommon lines for this npc may some of his services were set to 0

Make sure that is the right change on both sides: Client, DB.

Dam i forgot about this one! i figured out that in the database the NPC name wasn't the same as the one in objcommon etc, so i had to pretty much re-add the NPC sorry guys i forgot to post back
