What is the best site for free hosting and website builder
i tried wordpress but found it hard to edit the theme and add register page ,etc
i use dreamweaver and ps elemente divine but all of them is making me feel crazy >< i need a free sample hosting and website builder to use with my domain and free vps is that possible xD


and why i need to make acc in noip or sites like it and change setting of my windows network while i can get vps and upload files to it and use its ip in oem and db ?

i'm really confused ><

I don't think yocats work because I had try it before and I can't verify my Email Lol -_- I registered couple of time but nothing worked.
