Problem with paysafe. Some questions

I have some swedish paysafes bought in a store.

They were not used on anything, the first time I tried to use them I got an error. They are appearantly blocked for security reasons for some reason (within 24 hours after purchase)

Since paysafecard support is insanely slow in the weekend, just thought I'd post it here. Did anyone ever had this issue, and if yes, was it solved?

I myself am not, but the guy who bought them is.

Maybe they are blocked because too much Peoples used the PIN so paysafecard made a secure ban.

i think they blocked it.
