How to add or remove the VIP icon

Which packet should i handle to Add or Remove the VIP icon on the client?
And how i tell the interface, which level to show?
Been trying to figure it out, but couldnt :(

I haven't tried, but assuming that TQ stays consistent (which they surprisingly have been so far with their dialog windows), you should be able to change the button layout using the guide I posted.
