Game problem with assasins creed

hi everyone, i have this problem with my pc specs i cant get an average performance with my assasins creed game. i overclock my GPU and CPU to be able not to spend a single money, but still its not quite good enough. should i get a core 2 quad + my old GPU? or core 2 quad + new GPU.

how many system memory is installed?

2GB sir.. with 800mhz speed.

hmmm most of all Games need much RAM.
if im right, you ar using Windows XP 2 or 3 GB od Ram should be enough.
Your graficscard should be OK and your CPU matches the System requirement as well.
So there should be another Problem.

how much FPS do you get inGame?

i have windows xp 2 build for assasins creed game, i downloaded it at katz.cd site. i have no idea where will i locate the FPS sir, yes i think there's a problem in my system. i also set my assasins creed graphics to low quality textures. when i monitor my CPU usage in task manager it reaches 70-80 in the given graph. i was thinking well that should be fine?
i also have COD5 and farcry2 an it works out well but this assasins creed game.. really stresses me out even if i set everything low.
