No, AutoIt is 100% legal and it's even have Copyrights, it's because of the compiler of AutoIt.
the compiler is using UPX to pack the compiled file.
UPX is an open source compression packer,
UPX is well known as a 'False Positive' giver because UPX is using some suspicious files in order to make the compiled file as small as it can be.
