I sent him money via Paypal as a gift, is there a way to get my money back? Deleted my on Skype, left my LoL account in limbo with level 1 refs. Disappointing.

Here's the end of the chat log where he deleted me off skype and you can see this b tries to ignore first few times and then removes me. I am sure more people has been scammed by this dirtbag. I should of known because his other thread kept preaching 20euros for 1 day only and it went on for 3. This guy will be erased from paypal I guarantee it.
