what it does is make the emoticons behind the thing BIG, and its for live messenger only, and u have to add it to your personal message(the thing below ur name)

I still don`t see what it represents.(the sign):confused:

well, it doesnt represent annything, its just a sort of code to make the emoticons bigger:)
