If you do not know how to even set up a Rohan server, how on earth do you expect to be able to run it for more than a day?

You're leaving yourself wide open to be scammed by offering to pay for server files.
Also due to IP addresses there is a certain amount of setting up you will have to do for yourself. No-one can supply you with fully set up server because of this.
