Doesn't work on my windows 8.1 laptop, but on my windows 7 64bit it works perfectly fine.

It's not designed for use on Windows 8 as many other Win-8 user's have constantly pointed out. Based on assumption it is because he doesn't use a machine with 8 on it. A user has posted a solution in a previous thread if you'd like to fish it up but to save you time they just partitioned an area of the hard drive and installed Windows 7 on it and uses that to operate the hack and play the game.

For those with Windows 8, a suggestion would be to partition your drive and have it with Windows 7, or just downgrade to Windows 7 so issues like this can stop happening.
