Spawning items more higher than +8

Has anyone found how to to spawn items higher than +8 i know you can edit it through SMC i just want to add items to NPC that are +12 xP

Ingame you can not spawn items higher than +8, that's hardcoded..

ReqCast_Weapon1: 255 -> 1 (no guarentee on that as I've never tried that, it just make sense this way).

Well its already done on the server o.O!! i just tried it for no reason and yeah it doesn't disappear when i swap weapons which is really good! I can't really test that but i will compare do you know in which dbo? refskill? thanks

The Fire Shield never disappeared after you've unequipped the shield, but that would revoke the requirement of the shield to cast that skill after all.
And yes, it's in Refskill.
