how to add item to npc ??? (ROHAN)

i don't know how to add item like scroll , armor , potion and etc to npc.

I think it's kind of hard to teach you ... Because there are few people who know.
And friend do not create unnecessary topics ok? use the Search button you will find some materials.

but I've been looking for this for some time. and no one to share it.

Just look.. I made several posts talking about how to create items. and has threads talking about editing. About NPC's will be hard to find.
