Emulator HELP NEEDED.

Hello,

Would i be able to EDIT a emulator like Azure or ICON8 (any open source) in Eclipse? Or do i need a other program? And do you guys know the currents best emulator? (Ish emp sbomb)

Icon8 is a Java emulator, so you can use Eclipse. Azure is a C# emulator, so you will need to use visual studio or visual express c#
