umm try installing the server and done...you have nothing to do, this is the simplest possible thing in the world, next easier thing would be if he made a script that woul download and install it all together by itself

first you need to install vmware that is 50% job done, if you dont know how to install vmware all i can say with no disrespect is you need to quit this and go back to school, but if you install vmware then in server folder you should have several icons one of them will restore the server and it will be bootable in vmware
