Gearing up with Preorder and Collector's Edition Items

Problem is that I don't have option Apply In-Game Items on 4th step.

Well my account type is preorder so its kinda weird..I wanna hear if you succeeded with adding bonus items on your account.Maybe its not possible yet.Need some help with it.!?

You could try adding them when they launch it live.
Also, if it doesn't work, you can try adding a support ticket to NCSoft. ( Big SUPPORT button higher left corner :) )

NOTE: You will need to follow these steps for each new character you create in order for it to receive the items. You will not be able to do this right now, but the feature will be enabled shortly.
