GFX editor for forum thread

I want the same image but just a few changes. I don't have the psd though, is this a problem?

It might be a problem if you have no psd. It depends of it where would you like to edit your image. Anyway it will be hard to since you got at thread a lot of backgrounds.

sure its a problem,you cant change anything from the text's and so on..
