If admin/moderator has the sincerity to fight leech site (otherwise why they ask for proof?), instead of tolerate or even support them, such leech site, and the related leech site[eg.trigala] they leech from, should be back-list once confirmed leeching.

Well, I'm indeed going to close this as it does look basically the same as yours. Thanks for providing proof.

Regarding the blacklisting, I highly suggest you talk to an Admin or post in the suggestions section regarding your idea/complaint(?). Mainly because I cannot do such a thing, and it would be a lot better if an Admin put a word into this.
