Hello guys,

I want to buy a fresh unranked account without any champs. I need it instantly so I would prefer an account that's ready to start.
I would pay around 15-20€ and I prefer to buy via PayPal, but Psc is okay as well.

(The account should be on EUW)

I would also buy a Gold V account when it has 10/0 in the placement games.
