Missing RP after redeem

Hello, I have added 100 refs to my new brand account.

And I don't know why, It only has 10k RP instead of 16K.

What should I do? I know that contacting support is not a option.

Anyone had a similar problem?

I think you redeemed them to fast or something like that
and only the support team can help you.

i got 100refs,too but no twitch skin.. I got the 16k RP and the Warwick Skin but Twitch still missing .___.

I had 6k RP redeemed, and in 3-4 days I've got the rest of refs so I claimed the 10k RP and the 25k IP, and now it got bugged, I'll try to go slowly next time.

That's Riot and also the client is fucked as shit...

Well, I will wait another day and let's see if magically the RP's appear in the account, if not I'll sell it for 35€ instead of 45€ :(

I already sold the account , but today it still had 10k RP :/ don't know the problem, but I think it was because I did redeem all refs so fast without refreshing the shop
