WTB [EUW] Unranked account (Read within)

Hello,

This is an account I made quite a long time ago and now I finally have a use for it.

Here is my ideal prospect;

1 - Unranked (this is a must for me personally)
2 - At least 30-35K IP if there are no champions attached to the account.
3 - If there are champions, I would prefer as many of the AD champs as possible.
4 - More money would be paid if you have skins for the ADC champions.

I do not mind going first with trusted sellers are with people who have a history of providing a good, reliable and fast service.

If you do not have these things I need proof that you CAN be trusted and that the accounts are not easily viable to be flagged.

In regards to price; depending on the account depends on the price. Ballpark would be around 20 euros for the basic. That can change depending on what comes with the account.

I have level 30 account 10 ranks played and hes plat4 .. 16~20 champs , can put referrals on him for extra charge . or other account unranked (gold last season) 16 champs , can put referrals on him aswell with extra charge.
