problem with pirate test

i did the pirate test level 5 but i was level 4 and the window for the test is empty...But I got the second white map...onyone have a solution


PS:i contact the support but they have failed to solve the problem

make the white map?

You should cry more to the support .. or there is no other way to do it, the support should move you to 5 lvl
