SJSRO bow build

Hi,
ive got a Q
i play on sjsro (new server) and i have a Full str Bow
Now should i skill 90 Pach/70 Cold/70 Light/70 Fire
or
should i take 90 pach/90 light/90 fire
the question is, will sjsro update there skills sometime or not?

i dont think so that they make an update my bro trys now pach fire 90 light 70 and ice 50 ^^

i am lvl 80 full str with protector on me and i chose this build 90pach-fire-ice and 30 light ;)
and i am pretty good at pvp against str and int chars ;)
