000webhost.com, hostinger.in and more by searching for a web hosting on google where you can upload your files and having a file manager.
An other option is the purchase of a better web hosting or a VPS/dedicated server.
It's still better than webs.com...

No. Chew is saying that the updater can't find the Shaiya folder.
