hi, need to get thru to someone in higher position in customer services at bigpoint, due to seren on uk server banning, all non alli members for 3-6 months, and alli members only for 3 days,( for quest bug) and they made much more than us , now she is choosing to ignore my messages, and need to get thru to someone impartial unlike her,

I never get banned for quest bug

i make 60k , get 3 months, someone make 1.3 million they get 3 days, and have been banned before, someone make 100k, they get 1 month, some no get banned at all, wheres the logic in that ?

Im sure that you got reported, i made more than 1M and no ban , and no pearl deleted...
