Help me plz

hi ,
i have problem with nfs world when i entre the game and exit the safehouse i dont find anyone , when i join a race or teamescape i dont find players and i stay in lobby . i have try all servers and its same problem .
and sorry for my bad english .

see settings in the map "show ...."

but i dont find a race also

when i clic on Join i just keep waiting for more than 3min and dont find players to play
