Veteran hackers pls answer

Simple question.

How do I find the animation for skills that are NOT buffs?

Please explain furher

He wants to find how to to find the animation value for a skill that is not a buff. Most likely trying to speed up the skill's animation so he can put his attack speed buff on higher.

so is it possible? or what's the theoretical reasoning behind this assumption perhaps?

I want to find out how to find the animations for things like wargod and star reflect.
Now Star reflect IS a buff, but I doubt you can use it and make it work. I will find out if I can and then tell you.

I could care less about the buffs because I already know how to find those. Btw I hate speed hackers...or atleast i hate they way they make the dumb decision to use those hacks.
