Pala - Worst Support ?

After i forget my mail the backup pala premium
i wrote to bestbots in skype that he should
try 3 email the get a fresh copy ... only think he said was :

I bought it from palavia ... :mad::mad: Very bad support i my opinion

Palavia always helped me, I don't think you've contacted the right person.

i've contacted bestbots_support from bestbots.ro ...

You should have contacted Danny or even me. We both (well, sometimes i'm busy) have tons of free time and are able to help. :)
