Send packets with AutoIt

I'm recently interested by AutoIt and i started this morning my first bot !
I now need u to teach me how to send a packet ! :3

You can't just say "oh yeah I start with a programming language and now I want to create a super bot" ...
Please learn all basic functions at first.
