it been used compressed with 7zip, so it more likely to work with 7zip but winrar should be no problem :/ but in any case just try with 7zip and see how it goes :P

well the thing is if you set it Local, you would need the launcher to be using 127.0.0.1, if you are using it in the SAME computer, but if u are talking about LAN server (multiple pc but on same internet) then you would have to use the computer IP like 192 or 10 etc one of those and u need to put it in the IP net it should work. otherwise refer to guide in 0.15.12 they use the same progress just 2.0.14 is just a new version but setting and connecting is the same :P, oh also u need to make sure Port matches xD. 11201 is the port and you need to open the port in ur LAN if u plan to use it from other computer :P.
