1.) Using common knowledge of HxD.
2.) You simply make a new dds effect as you wish to have it designed as you want.
3.) Save it in this format 512x512 save it => explicit alpha.
4.) Remember that you must have it as if you edited the logo tga files with your alpha background to make sure the black from the main layers do not show.
5.)Find a effect file, open it with hxd as i will show you with the fireworks that i have remade the butterfly effect, which will be the 4flarebomb.EFT file.

See in this screenshot below the file use to be renamed as SK.DDS which is the butterfly effect, now renamed it to LS.DDS for a new effect.
