5017 help

i changed the config in the source to my ip. I got the 5017 client the a loader that loads game port as 5816 and login server as 9959. When i open client and connect it just says error connecting to server could be congested or server matenience. I also do not see any ip pop up on my CMD window for the server. I have port fowarded as well. I also do not know how to make myself an account using Mysql Workbench

Newest update: Able to login with test account, but CMD say char not found and my conquer client closes. I also am requesting a 5017 register page

ANYONE WILLING TO HELP ME GET THIS 5017 SERVER FULLY RUNNING W/ WEBSITE I WILL PAY WITH PAYPAL

I don't know for the issue you have but for register page, if your source is using a mysql database or something like that i can help you or even make you a register page for free, just pm me with your skype if you are interested.
