[Help]HOW I DO THIS?

Can someone tell me how i do an application in VB,like an launcher.
I need a launcher with a custom background,the code for starting play.exe of
conquer.
PS:I used #search and google but nothing!:(

I'm not sure if u mean this but can't u just replace the image that launches in one of the files in a client?

No i mean a Custom Launcher not the conquer launcher( bleah) :)

If you're using VB.NET....

If you're using Visual Studio there should be an option to add a background image under properties in the interface designer.
The rest is just learning VB.NET

If you're using VB6 or whatever, ask someone else.
