It seems that Playdom has decided to permanently ban hackers/bots, not just from PVP but the entire game. See link to the pitcture below(this is NOT my account, I got this from a group on facebook):

No, people are actually getting banned.

They can't do shit to the subtle cheaters. They are just banning the obvious morons with armories full of LE items and the high adamantium ranked losers with really low pvp hero bonuses.
