Hacks... where do I begin?

Hi, im an informatic engineer and i want to begin to do hacks for metin2 GF, but i dont know how to begin.

I know many languajes like c, c++, java, python ...

For simple hacks, I would suggest you to use python.
Its very easy to learn and you can do a lot of things with that in metin

try python, i think there also is a bunch of tutorials out there in the WWW. :)
