Does anyone know a free visual studio program that runs on windows 7? The 2010 version doesnt work for me probably because my pc runs 64bit instead of 32 idk.

2013 or 2012? just use the express edition you can download an ISO from microsofts site even.
Then use an iso mounting tool and install it.

Yep, because i'm willing to learn how to code so i can make my own hacks in the future, I got scammed so now i know better than to buy anybody's hacks especially from a trusted user who scammed me.
