Looking for good Server And I can help being EM

Hi all I am looking for a good server no matter what cap I care for at least 300 players online daily Interesting date database and profesional team.

I play in Silkroad some 10 years On several servers I was Event manager.
I know most of the GM commands
I have 22 years live in Poland
I play about 3-4 hours a day Sometimes the more it depends if I have more free time
