NFSW doesnt start, connection Problem

Heyho,
NFSW doesnt want to start on my PC.
When i start it, it says it cant connect to the Servers and i should try it again.
At my Laptop it works fine..

Its not the firewall i quess, i set it off too.

Any help?

its been f*cked for few weeks now some ppl get on some ppl don't
