New grade

As the title says I want to know how to make a new grade (alignment) for 25,000 and 30,000 points, but I don't know how. I am sure that can be done because I saw a reborn/prestige system with this feature: a new grade called "Reborn" for those who used it.
And my question is: How i can make a new grade? If is not possible for 25,000 points i want to do it for those who have special name like [VIP]Name or other name.

I see you didn't check them. First tutorial is useless and i already knew that. Second don't work on new clients. Go ahead and check the last 2-3 pages at the second tutorial and you will see it is not working. I already tried it too, before i saw the tutorial.
But still... I know for sure there is a method.
