In nagc you can transmute 12 + 12 or 12 + 14 with premium transmution scrolls and you get 17 too, kog games buffed it lololol

Did you read? It only support upto +16 and +17 (normal/epic)

why did you try on lower grades?

With this trick

It will advance your refine level by 1 it can be epic or normal

I repeat

want to have +16
then PT (15normal) & (14epic) or vice versa

for 17

then PT (16normal) & (15epic) or vice versa


with my method it will surely save you a lot by 25% , instead of PT same grade and same level
